Here is a step by step guide on how to get your covid-19 evidence if your are a care worker, using the NHS app.

Step 1.

Open the NHS App on your phone.

Step 2.

On the home screen, click
“NHS COVID Pass”.

Step 3.

Read and then click “Continue”

Step 4.

Click the “Travel” option as this allows you to download a PDF copy of both your vaccines results on one page.

Step 5.

Scroll down and then click “Downloand PDF copy” or you can email it to yourself via the app.

Step 6.

Here is an example of what the downloaded PDF should look like. You will need to email this to your employer/agency.

Proof of Last Negative Covid Test – step by step guide

To provide the date and proof of your last Negative covid test result, log into your NHS app and go to the NHS Covid Pass section and then folllow these steps.

Step 1.

This time click the “Domestic” option.

Step 2.

Scroll down and then click “View COVID-19 records”

Step 3.

Here you will find the date of your last Negative test result. If there is no information here, then you must do covid test.
