Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Easy Care 24/7 Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, enquiry forms, and care services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Who We Are

Easy Care 24/7 Ltd is a UK-based care provider offering personal care and support services to individuals in their homes. We are a CQC-registered organisation operating across the United Kingdom.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website to learn about our services, submit enquiries, and request assessments. All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.

Booking & Enquiries

You can submit a service enquiry through our website or by contacting us directly. Submitting a form does not guarantee service provision. We will assess your needs and confirm availability before care begins.

Care Assessments

Prior to any service provision, a care needs assessment will be carried out to ensure that we can offer appropriate support. This assessment is free and non-binding.

Service Agreement

Once we agree to provide care, a separate Service Agreement outlining scope, costs, and responsibilities will be issued. These Terms do not replace that contract.

Payments & Invoicing

Care services are charged in accordance with the agreed rates and schedule in your Service Agreement. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your invoice.

Cancellation & Changes

We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to pause or cancel your care service, please contact us with at least 48 hours’ notice. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Carer Availability

We aim to provide consistent carers where possible, but carer availability may vary due to illness, leave, or scheduling changes. We will always inform you of any changes and ensure continuity of care.

Data Protection

All personal information you provide is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties unless required for your care or by law.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services, except where required by law.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
